Matt Singleton

Member of Triple Run (Vocals/Bass/Acoustic Guitar/Dobro). Singer, songwriter, bass player, rhythm guitarist; Matt Singleton grew up on his family’s farm in Sumter, SC. His parents’ deep and varied musical roots had a profound influence on Matt’s early years, and inspired him to explore styles from gospel to bluegrass to classical to rock. Prolific on many instruments, Matt plays drums, piano, bass, guitar, and anything else he can get his hands on. After graduating with a degree in audio engineering from Belmont University, Matt toured the country with a rock band. He met Eric Knutson while working part-time as a parking valet, and they soon discovered their mutual love of music. Eric, who was already playing shows with Brittany Taylor, brought Matt into the mix, and the Triple Run sound was born.
